Your Safety

The safety and health of our patrons, artists and staff is a top priority for Actors Cabaret of Eugene. We share your concerns and have taken some time to consider how we can help limit the exposure to such viruses, while still enjoying the pleasures in life, like supporting the arts.

We are monitoring the evolving coronavirus/COVID-19 situation closely and are aligning our practices to recommendations from the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO),  Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and Lane County Health.

We recognize that your health and safety are priorities and want to do our part to support our community during this time. Based on the information we currently have and the measures we are taking, we plan to continue with our scheduled season and hope that the time you spend with us will provide you entertainment, inspiration, and escape.  If you are unable to attend please contact our box office at 541-683-4368 or by email at

aceboxoffice@aol.com to discuss your available options.

Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you at the show.

Steps We Are Taking:

Providing hand sanitizer and tissue for patrons to use and are placing them in prominent, accessible locations;

Implementing on-site prevention measures, including increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitation procedures;

Disinfecting all common touch areas like doors and counter tops between every show.

Encouraging volunteers and patrons to stay home if they are not feeling well.

Steps you can take:

Practice active hand washing and avoid touching your face;

When coughing and sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a flexed elbow or tissue, discard the tissue immediately into a closed bin and wash your hands;

If you are not feeling well, stay home.

See-It-All Pass Holders ticket exchange privileges remain unchanged. In response to the coronavirus/COVID-19 situation we are offering ticket exchange privileges to ticket buyers. Ticket exchanges can be made for the same production up to 24 hours prior to your planned attendance (subject to availability).

If you are unable to exchange your tickets you can also gift your tickets to friends so that they don’t go unused; or, you can call our box office before your scheduled performance and donate the value of your tickets back to Actors Cabaret, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

We understand that this is a dynamic, quickly changing situation. Our hearts go out to those around the world who have been impacted. ACE will communicate clearly and directly about our plans and activities to continue to offer world class musical theater in the safest possible environment.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for your continued support of ACE. We look forward to sharing the remainder of our 41st Season with you.
