Erica Jean...

Erica Jean has been a featured ACE performer since 2002. Most recently, she performed as "Evita" in ACE's production of Evita.

You may have also seen her perform in Honk, Oh, Rats, You're It!, The Wizard of Oz, Seusical the Musical, Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Pretty Faces: the Large and Lovely Musical, Smokey Joe's Café, and Hair! Erica's debut at ACE was as talent agent Sylvia St. Croix in Ruthless! the Musical. Erica was honored to be a member of the Pretty Faces NYC Cast and loved every minute of her debut as a New York actor and her visit to New York with the Cast and Crew of the most recent evolution of this great show. Erica also performs actively in ACE's Annex Theater you may have seen her as Fay Medwick in Neil Simon's, Chapter Two, or as Lil Carmody in The Octette Bridge Club. Erica has performed in a variety of musical and English-Opera productions outside of the ACE theaters as well including; The Yeoman of the Guard, Transformations, The Three Penny Opera, Into the Woods, Oliver!, and Anything Goes.

She performed the roles of librettist, producer, director, performer, for a one-woman musical called Ever Wonder... she also was the set designer, and marketing director for this show's and CD. Erica has had the great pleasure of being actively involved in the ACE Jr's Academy as the Vocal Director for several recent shows including Honk, Jr., The Broadway Review, Guys & Dolls and Cinderella. Erica is a transplant from Seattle, Washington where she completed her Bachelors degree in Dramatic Music Performance at Cornish College of the Arts. Currently, she is a private voice teacher here in Eugene and loves working with singers of all skill levels to help them find their own best, natural, and free sound. Many of Erica's students are regular performers here at ACE and she is very proud of their dedication to this theater and their love of music and performing. "I really enjoy being both their teacher and their cast-mate. It allows me to relate to my students in a new way; as more of a creative partner. For me, working alongside people with a passion for the theater is one of the great gifts of being a performing artist."
